Theosophy & the Universal Brother/Sisterhood of Humanity
Our first object is to form a Universal Brotherhood of Humanity without distinctions of race, creed, sex, caste or colour. We are human siblings, collectively poor orphan humanity, which is neither wholly influenced by the instinctive nature of our earlier kingdoms or the intuitive nature of our spiritual promise. However, we are the one common family of a divine parent that is formless and abstract though inseparable with all forms. We are not of any distinctions in our spiritual nature, yet utilise these as possibilities for growth, deriving the essence of our life experiences in the body as wisdom, just as the oil is pressed from the wood.
